Joshua (Josh) Brubaker is the best Realtor I could have asked for. I was in Massachusetts looking online for houses in Florida. I found one that I loved. I called Josh and put an offer in that night. I flew down the next morning and met him at the property. Within a few hours we were under contract! I had lots of questions and Josh was right there to answer them. If he didn’t know something he found out and got right back to me. He was very hands-on and I knew where I stood every step of the way, from signing the purchase and sales agreement to the closing. He made everything easy. In closing I just want to say…this. Is the type of Realtor/gentleman that Josh is. The previous owner left food in the refrigerator and in the cupboards. Not only did Josh get rid of it. He cleaned out the refrigerator so I wouldn’t have to. That’s the kind of guy I want my corner. You can’t go wrong with Florida Beach real estate company!

Josh and Suzanne were so helpful in our home search and purchase. We were uneasy about finding the right home from another state. They were willing to do virtual home tours and be our local eyes and ears. They coordinated all our inspections and supported us through closing and after.

Josh & Suzi did an amazing job for my parents who were buying from out of state. They listened to what they were looking for, made recommendations on where to look, and walked with our family every step of the way. We ran into a few inspection-related hiccups and they were quick to connect with the seller to resolve the various issues, including going to the house multiple times to meet contractors and ensure the work had been done to high standards since none of us could be there in person. Not only that, but they had great empathy for how stressful a long distance move can be, and provided numerous resources and encouragement along the way. If you’re looking for agents who care, communicate well, and who bring extensive structural knowledge and market data to the table, this team is the one for you. Thank you, Brubaker Team!

We can’t say enough of how wonderful it has been to work with Suzie and Josh. We initially came in February to just look around and Suzie was well prepared to show us some homes we had on our radar. We ended up looking at this house from their suggestion and fell in love with it instantly! Josh was very knowledgeable and used his former superintendent expertise to share his insights on the quality and reputation of this home. Although we looked at other homes, we came back to this one and found ourselves ready to move which meant we needed to sell our home in NC. Suzie connected us with a realtor in our area that helped sell our house in just a few weeks. So from a thought to joyful success, Team Brubaker went above and beyond to help us get this gorgeous house. We were able to get increased incentives and were kept up to date with inspections etc as we could not come down in person. Josh made sure the house would be ready when we closed. The extra miles they went for us is more than the Southern Hospitality people know of so we highly recommend them for anyone that is even just contemplating a move here. Their slogan ” love where you live” will help you take the plunge like we did. Happy house hunting to all!! 🤗 Signed, living in a dream home ❤️

I did not know Suzanne before this transaction but she saved us thousands of dollars and was very attentive and knowledgeable
